About Today’s Sober Women

Connecting and empowering women in recovery.

Our story

Today’s Sober Women was founded during Covid to combat the isolating effects of the pandemic on women in recovery. Our story is one of providing a supportive community and resources for women struggling with substance use disorder.

Led by Bridget Garrelts, LCPC, CADC, our team of addiction specialists and part-time volunteers are committed to helping women on their sobriety journey. We offer grants for therapy with licensed therapists, community support, and a relapse prevention program.

Our podcast features Bridget answering questions about living sober, and our 2023 State of Addiction report will provide insight on women’s sober journeys. Join our community to invest in your sobriety and find the support you need to thrive in recovery.
